中文化的Joomla版本，文章的日期显示乱码，例如 2008/04/18, ????
可能的解决方法是，
全局配置－>语言及时区－>国家代码:
输入zh_CN.UTF8
Default was en_GB
备注：
控制日期格式的设定在 JOOMLA_ROOT\language\(language).php
